We had the best experience ever shopping at Furnitureland South!!! We recently renovated a home in North Jersey and moved out of the city. I would have been so overwhelmed trying to furnish our home and have it all flow beautifully together if it weren't for the wonderful help of Sherry Needles and the beautiful store of Furnitureland South. We talked prior to heading down and I sent her photos so she could get a sense of my taste.

We had a full weekend of design scheming and shopping with Sherry and we left so happy. My living, dining, master and family room are all gorgeous. We customized fabrics and pillows to our liking, and the rugs tables and lamps all go so well! Sherry met every need we needed.

I had an exceptional experience working with Sherry Needles at Furnitureland South beginning with selection through delivery. We recently moved to NC and needed 5 rooms of furniture. Furnitureland South’s 1.3 million square feet of showroom made it possible to find the perfect pieces. I especially want to give a "shout out” to Sherry Needles. Sherry has deep vendor knowledge as well as the ability to manage the shopping experience for both husband and wife.

We did our shopping on two separate Saturdays; 3 rooms the first one and 2 on the subsequent date. Sherry was extremely responsive to emails and phone calls. Once the orders were placed, technology took over. I was very impressed with Furnitureland South’s order system. I could monitor expected arrival dates, schedule deliveries as items came in, and pay remaining balance on those items. Delivery crews were friendly and efficient.

My husband and I recently returned from a shopping trip to Furnitureland South where we had the pleasure of being assisted by Sherry Needles. I wanted to let you know of our very positive experience. We met Sherry with a handshake, having been referred by a friend, we met Sherry Needles on Monday morning, August 18th. Sherry had been the designer for decorating three homes over the last 20 years for my friend Angie whose Naples home I knew to be beautiful, and Angie had highly recommended Sherry. So we called Sherry, made an appointment and E-mailed some pictures and information on the six rooms we needed to furnish in our new home.

Having been to FLS ten years ago when we furnished our Naples condo, we knew of its size, so we were glad to be going in with assistance awaiting us.And what great assistance we had. We first talked with Sherry for over an hour, reviewing our ideas and what we wanted to accomplish in our space. It was evident over the next three days that we worked with Sherry that she had been a good listener.

In a logical sequence she methodically guided us to our selections, room by room, piece by piece, obviously knowledgeable of the products available and obviously talented as a designer, tying all the elements of style, color, texture together into one fabulous result! My husband and I have had the best experience with your company and it’s employees - it seems like everyone always complains when things are wrong, not when they actually have a great experience. We have also shared our experience with just about everyone who asks, and I know you have customers from our recommendation including my parents.

Our house flooded during Hurricane Sandy and during a very stressful time, someone in our town recommended Furnitureland South and specifically Sherry Needles. We drove down there from NJ and basically spent 2 days with Sherry picking out furniture for our yet to be rebuilt home. Sherry was so helpful, by the time we arrived, she knew our style, had our room dimensions and was ready to go, even in a crazy snow/ice storm in NC (and no other employees were there). We ended up with a house full of new furniture and we are thrilled with our choices.

Two of the many items we purchased were Robin Bruce floor model chairs that were sold as is. After many months of having these chairs we started to notice strange discoloring of the fabric. The parts that were discoloring were where fabric on fabric touched. I asked Sherry about it and she said she would refer me to customer service where I started speaking to Jamie Payne.

Jamie and I went back and forth regarding my options and ultimately he was able to get his management to replace the chairs with the same fabric. They just arrived last Friday and I cannot believe the difference. There are no variations in coloring and they now look great in our master bedroom. Jamie was so incredibly helpful and succeeded in giving me a great customer experience. He even followed up after the delivery to make sure everything went as planned.

I thought my experience with the purchasing of furniture was so great with Sherry but then to have a difficult furniture issue after the fact and to have it resolved to my satisfaction, makes me even more happy. We had never been to Furnitureland South before being referred to Sherry Needles and we had a wonderful experience. You can imagine how overwhelming our first visit to your showroom was. Sherry was so professional throughout the whole process and the picture portfolio she created of our choices was very helpful too as we continued to plan for the completion of our new home. My experience from beginning to end was incredible so let me start at the beginning.

For 3 days in February I was lucky enough to work with Sherry Needles your Design Consultant. In those 3 days Sherry helped us every step of the way as we completely decorated a new, and empty, home. Sherry was referred to me by my sister and Interior Decorator, Karen Domenici. Karen had worked with Sherry previously with another client and had been impressed. Sherry helped us with everything from couches to lamps to succulent plant arrangements. She very quickly understood the "look" we were after and expertly guided us through the store. Sherry is a jewel and a delight to work with, I consider myself fortunate to have had her as a Consultant.

Once we had selected all of the furniture I got worried as this was not a standard delivery, but a delivery which would be to a home perched in the mountains of Santa Fe, New Mexico. There was no way an 18 wheeler was going to make it up our drive. Sherry put me in touch with Ron Broussard. Ron reassured me that this wasn't the first time Furnitureland was delivering to a home with limited access and he explained the process. His drivers would move our furniture from the 18 wheeler to a Penske box truck, for delivery to our home. I hoped for the best but was worried and spoke several times with Tracy Swing who put my concerns to rest about our delivery date and time. Tracy was more than patient with me.

My excellent Furnitureland experience did not end there. Your delivery guys were UNBELIEVABLE! They were professional, polite, experienced and efficient. Kyle and Josh were absolute gentleman. They knew what they were doing every step of the way. They were lovely young men and I truly hope that they are my delivery men for the next leg of my shipment which should be in early July. — Anonymous

Before even visiting Furnitureland South, I did a lot of research comparing prices of specific furniture brands, store policies and delivery guidelines. I also communicated with the store. All in all, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish, and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Being from Rhode Island, the furniture shopping involved a flight and hotel for a few nights. But what I saved in money, time and design more than made up for the travel costs. It is the biggest furniture store in the world, so whatever you're looking for, you'll find. We wanted good, solid quality furniture that will last but without breaking the bank. We found it at FLS.

I chose Sherry based on her bio on the website. We started the project together two months before I even visited FLS by communicating over phone and through email. We had to completely furnish a townhome in Florida, so I sent her our floor plan along with pictures of things I liked from Houzz and the FLS website so she knew the look and style I was going for.

We spent two full days with Sherry at FLS and she was just delightful! She maneuvered us through the buildings to the brands and styles to match our budget and style. She was right on with both! Her advice was helpful, not pushy, and with her assistance, the whole project came together beautifully! We would have been overwhelmed on our own, so having Sherry was a blessing. Since we were not moving into our townhome until late October, we appreciated that all of our furniture was held in the FLS warehouse for free as it came in.

The delivery department was also accommodating, and we were able to schedule delivery for the very day desired. Delivery was on time as scheduled to Florida. They confirmed the date about a week ahead and gave us a four-hour window a few days before, and called a half hour before getting there. The delivery guys were awesome! William and Quentin placed everything perfectly, even when I asked them to move the rug and couch over by a few inches. They even synced the two sides of our adjustable bed. Every piece was absolutely perfect. They carried out all packing materials, so when they left there was nothing for me to do but to sit down and enjoy my beautiful new furniture!
