What is White Glove Delivery?
Our Signature White Glove delivery is a critical part of a complete customer experience at Furnitureland South. You can expect a great delivery following a great shopping experience. We guarantee that our team will deliver your new home furnishings and professionally set up and properly place your furniture. Our white glove delivery includes:
- blanket-wrapped and carefully transported furniture pieces
- placement of your new furnishings in the room of your choice, including additional floors
- complete assembly, setup, and installation of every piece
- removal of all debris
- instruction on the operation of any items that require explanation
The Shipping Process
Once your new furniture pieces arrive at our distribution center, we unload and inspect each piece. Afterward, we receive each piece into our climate-controlled, 250,000 square-foot Distribution Center. After unloading and inspecting, all inventory is also meticulously tracked, reviewed, and prepped for shipping. The shipping processes also include an additional inspection process, pad-wrapping, and strapping your items for safe travel.
We carefully create each individual shipping trip to maximize the speed of your furniture to your home and ensure all pieces within your order can fit on the same trip.
Furnitureland South’s own White Glove Delivery service team will deliver your home furnishings via our fleet of Furnitureland South trucks. Therefore, you can be assured that the unloading, unwrapping, exact setup and proper placement of your furniture will be handled by an experienced, professional and friendly Furnitureland South team.
We blanket-wrap your furniture and strap it down for safe travel.
We assemble every piece and clean up as though we were never there. There are only a few exceptions that we do not assemble which you can see a detailed list of on our FAQs page

We place your new furniture exactly as you want it in the room of your choice.
Delivery Details: Free and discounted delivery is available with the purchase of Guardsman Protection and a minimum purchase. Additional restrictions may apply, ask your Design Consultant for details.

- Purchases of $50,000 or greater plus purchase of Guardsman furniture protection plan for delivery locations in ID, IA, MN, MT, NE, ND, OR, SD, WA, and WY qualify for 25% discounted shipping rates.
