What to Expect
Upon arrival, your Design Consultant will assist with product selection, interior design, space planning, and measurement conversion. We also manage all aspects of international deliveries, including:
- Sales order documentation
- Commercial invoices and shipping authorizations
- Preparation of freight and forwarding charges
Returning Home
Once you return home, our international accounts manager will keep you updated. Once your items are ready to ship, we will notify you of the exact freight and insurance charges, update your account balance, and arrange the final wire transfer. Your new furniture will be properly crated, packed in a container, and shipped to the appropriate port.
