Pet Policy
In order to provide the best, possible experience for our guests and keep our beautiful showrooms clean, we adhere to a strict no animals policy. The only exceptions to this rule are trained service dogs. Absolutely no animals, excluding service dogs, are allowed in our Subway or Starbucks locations.

Before You Leave
Once you arrive at Furnitureland South, your Design Consultant will assist you with product selection, interior design, space planning and measurement conversion. We can also manage all the detailed aspects of International Deliveries, including:
- Sales Order Documentation
- Commercial Invoices and Shipping Authorizations
- Preparation of Freight and Forwarding Charges
Returning Home
Once you return home, our International Accounts Manager will contact you routinely with updated information. When all items are ready to ship, we will notify you of the exact freight and insurance charges, update your account balance and arrange the final wire transfer. Your new furniture will then be properly crated, packed on a container and shipped to the appropriate port.
