I had an amazing experience working with Sherry Howell and Will Dobbs. I don’t know too much about furniture. I just have a general idea about what I like and don’t like and that could change without any circumstances changing. I live in Arizona. I came out, toured your extremely large store, and left without finding anything. But I left feeling happy that I had support, I worked with Sherry, and she introduced me to Will Dobbs. I had a few meetings with Sherry and Will. But I was disappointed in how long custom furniture takes. My husband and I waited 2 years for a house to be built because of the pandemic. The last thing we want to do is spend a lot of time waiting for furniture. I felt like if I could see things that were in stock in person I could end up with some nice things. I came into town and in one super long day, literally 9 to 6, with me kicking all the way we found some things that I know I will be happy with. Sherry has so much patience and she’s consistently kind and knowledgeable. At first, I thought it was an act. But then I realized this is just who this woman is. We'd move to the next thing if I didn’t like something. She had endless energy and if it weren’t for her, I would have gone home empty-handed. She and Will are a great team. I remember him saying "If you don’t like something don’t worry about my feelings, be comfortable saying so. I don’t make the furniture." He has a great personality and he’s a good designer too.
