There are few buying experiences that compel one to write a note of thanks. My husband and I had such an experience at Furnitureland South on April 4, with Debbie Kennon as our guide.

We had been referred to your store and to Debbie by a previous customer who was advising us on the building of our vacation home in East Tennessee. We had no previous experience with High Point, except that the location was known to us as a furniture capitol. After more than a year of house building, we were anxious to find the right furnishings to complement our home's design and unique finishes. We had been disappointed with Internet searches and local retail offerings. Our expectations also were modest for our trip to Highp Point. We were hoping to find a key piece or two.

Furnitureland South made more than that possible. In just one day, we furnished our great room, conversational bar area, kitchen nook and master bedroom. This would not have been possible without the expert guidance of Debbie Kennon.

Debbie Kennon has provided me, my company and referred friends, invaluable service over many years.  Debbie provides detailed knowledge, good judgement and superior attention to detail in every project she has undertaken for me.

My husband & I were initially introduced to Furnitureland South back in 2008, and throughout the last 11 years, have worked with FLS to completely furnish 4 different properties — two in a suburb of Chicago, IL & two in Naples, FL. They have the largest collection of manufacturers that we have ever seen & have a very dedicated & talented staff. In late 2017 we purchased our current home in Naples & we knew furnishing it would be quite a large project, so we reached out to our FLS designer. It turns out she had recently moved to Australia, and so she immediately recommended that we work with Debbie Kennon.

Immediately upon meeting Debbie, we felt extremely comfortable. She very quickly understood our design style & our rug/furniture requirements room by room, and helped us tirelessly over the next 4 days to furnish this rather large property — a property that needed almost as much outdoor furniture as indoor. She was extremely knowledgeable about the manufacturers that best satisfied our style & was beyond efficient in terms of getting questions answered & securing all of the pieces we wanted — always making sure we were using our time as effectively as possible. She was also incredibly helpful to us with choosing fabrics/finishes & put tremendous effort into making sure these details were documented properly prior to placing the order. Debbie put her heart & soul into making sure that the finished product would be exactly as we expected. In addition to all of that & despite the stress of getting a lot done in a short amount of time, we had a ton of fun working with her!     

Debbie, as well as members of the FLS delivery department, has continued to be extremely responsive with any questions/additional needs that we have had after the order was placed as well as after delivery took place. Our delivery experience with FLS has always been extremely positive as well — very efficient, polite & accommodating. 

It has always been clear to us that the entire FLS team cares about its customers & works very hard to ensure that the customer experience is extremely positive from start to finish. That is why we would never think of going anywhere else! —Denise K.
