The Kallista Large Taupe Desk is clad in sycamore veneers with a beautiful taupe finish that enlivens the wood grains on the top, sides, and drawers. The shape of each of the cast brass door pulls mimics the scale of the detail below the drawers. The legs and delineated details that run along the top edge of the front and sides of the desk are made of mahogany in a caviar black finish and the tailored ferrules are in a polished brass finish. Specialty treatments include wood drawer slides, a fully-finished back, and faux velvet drawer liners. | The Kallista Large Blue Desk is a grander version of the smaller writing desk to provide more surface area with equal panache. The mix of dark sapphire and glossy caviar black finishes enlivens the sycamore veneers, and the woodgrain brings the cabinet a hint of distressing. The sleek lines of the piece seem even more tailored thanks to the antique brass detailing. The shape of the door pulls echo this accent. Design details include brass ferrules and soft-close door hinges.
