I Never Want to Come Down 1 is a large-scale abstract print that focuses on the elements of mass and shape. Here, mass is rendered in a large biomorphic shape that fills the picture plane thus giving the illusion of being a three-dimensional object. A smaller shape rests at the bottom of the frame. | I Never Want to Come Down 2 is a large-scale abstract companion print that focuses on the element of positive shape and negative space. Here, heavily outlined biomorphic positive shapes occupy a smaller portion of the picture plane. A large object defined only by the absence of color occupies the center of the work thus providing negative space. A lighter color palette in cream, sky blue, and ecru gives this work a lighter feel.
