She was knowledgeable, professional & has a wonderful flare for fabric & decor She listened to us & never tried to up-sell or convince us we needed something we didn’t want. Working with Rose was a wonderful experience. I had an exact vision of what I wanted to accomplish, and she was able to help me execute even the smallest details. The brief that I presented to Rose was unusual for today, a larger number of neoclassical pieces, all designed with a contemporary sentiment, that could serve effortlessly into the next two decades. Overall the new creations would need to sit undetectably alongside 17th and 18th century pieces, seamlessly, but not feel heavy or stayed. Not an easy task by any means, but Rose walked with me and made my vision a reality. Rose has an incredible memory and grasp of the massive fabric and finish swatch library, which contained seemingly over a hundred thousand choices. Following my brief, she was able to quickly pair down multiple elements, and provide exact or near exact matches within just a short span. Rose impressed me time and again with her feedback and critical eye. She was always able to zero in on my descriptions and align with my very high expectations. Due to travel restrictions we were working together by email and video conference, so I relied on her completely concerning textures, light refraction, quality appearance, depth and under hand sensation. All details which mattered to the brief, which demanded sumptuous textures and moody drama. Her knowledge and guidance on the elements was exceptional! Also, she was quick to warn of potential fabric shortcomings such as wear and tare or cleaning/service issues. Adding complication, I had chosen pieces from makers which offered less predictable timelines and hard to source material samples, but Rose did not ever show signs of weariness of defeat. She stayed on top of the situation and followed up with her corporate contacts until we had all of the information in hand. Rose also stayed with the project and was quick to provide updates even when the items were taking beyond 12 months for production. Ultimately, you can not ask for a better consultant and guide in such an overwhelming market. Rose keeps a masterful calm and confidence right to the end- making for an enjoyable experience and keeping the customer in the aura of calm as well. A single word to describe her is METICULOUS. Very positive experience browsing the website with Design Consultant Rose responding and following up with me. She also met with me to fit me into her schedule on an unexpected visit! I found some of the items I needed as furnishing a new home! I gave her a list of other items I am also looking for which she will consult me on.
