About Rick Amos
Rick Amos has over 30 years of retail furniture experience. Rick fell in love with the furniture industry while doing an internship at a local furniture store during his senior year at High Point University. Rick has been in sales, customer service management, and sales management throughout his career. His true passion is being a Design Consultant because Rick really enjoys being around other people and connecting with his customers. “When I meet someone my first goal is to make them feel at ease and to let their guard down. If I can get my customer to feel comfortable with me and not feel threatened then they will allow me to assist them and let me know what their needs are.” Rick enjoys his career and feels that working with him should be a fun experience and not a chore. In his spare time, Rick likes to play golf and is an enthusiastic sports fan.

It is seldom that I have been as impressed with a sales associate as I have been with Rick Amos. We flew to North Carolina from Cleveland, Ohio, and we were serious about buying furniture, but I wanted everything as organized as possible before we arrived.
Rick corresponded with me & spent a lot of time helping me research exactly what I felt comfortable with. His guidance, experience, & knowledge put me at ease. I asked a lot of questions & he answered them to my satisfaction. I can't say enough good about Rick! He was professional, yet friendly. His knowledge of furniture brands, their history, their structure, fabric choices; he really knows the industry. He even went to one of the company's warehouses to see what other unique products they had since those on the floor were not the right dimensions.
