Olya Smith made my shopping experience so easy!  After meeting her I told her I was contemplating a few items in the outlet and she offered to assist me when I was ready to purchase. I had mentioned I liked to wander alone and she said that was no problem. Within a few weeks of speaking with her and another visit or two for measuring, I told her I was ready to pull the trigger and contacted her with these items.  Due to items being on clearance, she was able to get my pricing down and coordinate a delivery for me that worked with my schedule.    

We had about three phone conversations before the delivery about pricing and delivery times, and everything was seamless. Her confidence and knowledge put my mind at ease and I knew things would go as she had told me. After living with my furniture for about a month now, I am ecstatic. I love everything I bought and it makes my condo feel so much nicer.

Olya is everything a customer would want when shopping for furniture. She respects your time and lets you find things on your own but is available when you have questions or need to finalize the purchase. Having been in sales myself, I view her as a treasure of a sales person. My family members are searching for furniture also are planning to work with her as well.
