Kim Brafford, a native of the High Point/Jamestown area, boasts an impressive career as a Design Consultant at Furnitureland South since 1996. With roots in the furniture capital of the world, Kim brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. She holds a degree in business administration/economics, specializing in home furnishings and interior design. Kim’s talent and knowledge have earned her the privilege of crafting dream homes for several PGA players and their families, showcasing her ability to tailor spaces to unique tastes and lifestyles. Dedicated to providing world-class service, Kim is committed to offering her clients an exceptional shopping experience at Furnitureland South. Sage Valley Cottage

This luxury cottage at the exclusive Sage Valley Golf Club in Graniteville, South Carolina is the perfect gentleman’s retreat. Features include rich leathers, hand-distressed waxed wood finishes and even custom-made iron gates and doors (from Arte de Mexico). The dining room and family room wood furniture come from Lorts Manufacturing (distressed fruitwood finish); leather sofas from Classic Leather; upholstery from Huntington House; and bedroom furniture from Lorts and Stanley’s Santa Barbara collection. The furnishings exquisitely complement the hand-scraped wood floors, natural stone fireplace and tumbled travertine flooring. Furnitureland South furnished 8 cottages at Sage Valley, as well as the club’s hunting lodge. Design Consultant Kim Brafford helped to design these rich and masculine, luxury interiors that so truly reflect the Sage Valley experience.
