I want to express how grateful I am to have had Catherine and Grady help me with my furniture selections for a home we are building in Florida when I came to your store yesterday. 

I sent Catherine the plans, several likes of pieces I wanted and information for the look I was trying to achieve. My husband and I visited the showroom the day before to kind of prequalify some of our likes. 

I came to my appointment on Saturday hoping to leave with at least a sofa, the bedroom set I liked and hopefully a dining table. You can imagine how excited, relieved and thrilled I am to be sitting here on Sunday and knowing my whole house was furnished yesterday, including area rugs and several accent pieces. I did not expect this. I thought I would have to fly back down and spend a couple of more days walking the showroom.  Catherine and Grady read my mind and knew just where to walk to find what I wanted. Even after seven hours, Catherine happily found just the rug I wanted to achieve a fun look in one of the guest bedrooms. She is truly excellent at her job. She and Grady are approachable, hear me and are knowledgeable about the products and how to get the look I want.

My experience was wonderful. Fun even, can you believe? I will return to Furnitureland one day and certainly will share my great experience with my friends.

We were victims of Hurricane Harvey and we traveled to Furnitureland South to replace all of our furniture. We worked with Catherine Ward, and she was fabulous! Catherine went above and beyond to help us, and walked us through the entire place. She even stayed with us hours after the store closed just to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for. We are working on a 7,000 square foot project right now. Four bedrooms, living rooms, Lanai's, pool areas. We've been here since Monday afternoon, and by tomorrow we will be wrapping up this project which is really incredible for a house of this size. In my very short experience with Catherine she is right to the point. She knows exactly what i'm looking for, saves me hours, hours of time and that is critical to me because I don't have a lot of time. And she knows exactly what all the lines are, where everything is, and it makes our job very easy in putting together beautiful projects. Overwhelmed — that's the word that I get all the time. They are overwhelmed, that's why it is critical that you have good staff like Catherine to navigate through this store. We need to see what we need for our projects and that's why the staffing here is is so important and Catherine's been sensational.
