This is our third shopping experience at FLS largely due to the expert help we've recieved from Anne Harris. We are from Buffalo, NY, so traveling to FLS takes a lot of effort, but we have consistently found it worthwhile to make the trip, both from an inventory selection standpoint, as well as the personalized service we’ve received from Anne over the years.

Anne is professional, personable, knowledgeable, and a true delight to work with.  What a gem! She is consistently detail oriented, follows through, reads people well & has a real grasp of design elements that may not be apparent to the casual consumer.  She leads & directs, without being pushy.  She made herself available to us during our entire trip...  in person, by phone, text, or email.

Anne really is the perfect example of “service”,  in a customer service/sales position.  If good service is provided, then sales will follow.  If a bump in the road appeared, she was able to find a detour around it... if not steamroll right over the bump!  Anne has helped us purchase our bedroom set, dining room set, family room chairs, & just recently a new sectional couch for the living room.  At this point, we could almost name our house “Furnitureland South... by Anne Harris”!  I only wish we had a bigger house for more fun finds! —Pat O. & Bob P.
