Bio

Caroline Youngdale, an alumna of the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, ECU and UNCG, has been involved in the arts and design from childhood. Her passion for learning has led her to continue studying, earning a certificate in Interior Design through High Point University, as well as completing several courses offered by Furnitureland South’s top vendors. Caroline is a member of the Interior Design Society and loves using her knowledge to help clients all over the world create their dream home. In addition to working all over the US, Caroline has created homes in Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Canada, United Kingdom, the Bahamas, China, and Thailand, to name a few! No matter what your style, budget or location, Caroline can guide you through your next project. Caroline fully believes that designing your home should be downright fun. She and her clients always have a great time at The Land! Email her today to schedule a personalized design consultation. When she’s not pounding the pavement in our 1.3 million square feet of showrooms, Caroline loves hosting parties with her husband Carl for their friends and family, as well as playing cello and snuggling her baby girl Georgiana.

Caroline Youngdale's Portfolio

Classic, Current, Charlotte!

Caroline's client wanted to add a few softer traditional or transitional pieces to their home to complete the beautiful look of their space. She wanted each room to feel calm and in harmony with the rooms surrounding it. Caroline helped her navigate Furnitureland South and our many customizable options to find furniture from Wesley Hall, Marge Carson and Vanguard that reflected her style in a stunning neutral color palette.

Urban Castle

My design partner Grace Williams and I were thrilled to be a part of creating the furnishings for this historic home in the Buckeye state! Our client wanted a home that felt timeless yet fresh and on trend. We think we crushed the brief and had a blast doing it! We hope she enjoys her new home for many years to come.

Contemporary Luxury in Bonita Springs, FL

Our client contacted us to create a fun, sleek getaway in her Bonita Springs condo. The challenge was to create a space that was unique and interesting without competing with the breathtaking views. We used the color palette of the blue sky and green trees to seamlessly weave the view and interiors into one cohesive design. We love this project as much the sweet client who winters here!
