Luxury Condo, Charlotte, NC

The owner of this luxury condominium in Charlotte, North Carolina wanted an elegant, feminine space utilizing clean, simple lines that would complement her busy lifestyle and provide an inspired environment for entertaining. The result, a collaboration between David Erwin and interior designer Teri Seidman, can best be described as sophisticated “soft modern.” Working with a focused color palette of light hues, David and Teri selected furnishings from manufacturers including Century, Swaim, Ferguson Copeland, Guy Chaddock, E.J. Victor, Marge Carson, and Christopher Guy. Blending various styles to create an atmosphere of graceful refinement, they chose individual pieces based on comfort, style, proportion, and function.
