Bio
With over 10 years of experience as a designer, Christy Black brings a thoughtful and intentional approach to every project, guided by a deep appreciation for the role a home plays in everyday life. Her passion for design was inspired at an early age by her mother, who was and continues to be a designer herself. Watching her mother’s work shaped Christy’s belief that good design goes beyond aesthetics—it creates spaces that support the people who live in them.
Throughout her career, Christy has been fortunate to build lasting relationships with many loyal clients who return time and again. She values the trust that comes with these long-term partnerships and enjoys collaborating closely with clients to bring their vision to life. Whether refreshing a single room or reimagining an entire home, her goal is always the same: to help transform a house into a warm, functional home—a place where memories are made, and life unfolds naturally.
Outside of her work, Christy enjoys life at home with her husband, their two young daughters, and their Sheepadoodle. Family life continues to inspire her approach to design, reinforcing the importance of creating spaces that feel welcoming, comfortable, and truly lived in.
