From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re welcomed by the comforting aroma of fresh-baked bread made from locally sourced non-GMO organic flour. Honoring the old-world traditions and timeless flavor, it is proofed for at least 24 hours.
The menu showcases the best of North Carolina’s fresh seasonal ingredients* served in a refined and relaxed space. Settle in, savor every bite, and feel right at home.

Farm to Table Salads: Ask about our made-in-house dressings!
- The Shaker – Fresh organic greens, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, sourdough croutons, and cured carrots
- Farmhouse Chic – House-made chicken salad, cucumbers, cranberries, brown sugar pecans, and sourdough croutons
Inspired Flatbreads: Made on fresh bread
- Classic Coastal – Cashew creme fraiche, shaved spanish onion, arugula, and smoked salmon
- Art Deco – Fresh mozzarella, kale pesto, oil roasted tomatoes, and fresh basil
Market Sandwiches: Made on fresh bread and includes (1) bistro side
- Provencal – Shaved San Giuseppe ham, gruyere cheese, and herb butter
- The Showroom – Grilled chicken, prosciutto, organic greens, fresh mozzarella, and marinated vegetables
