On eligible online transactions, some products will be delivered via UPS. Once a tracking number is generated, we will share it with you.

Our White Glove Delivery

Our signature White Glove Delivery service is a critical part of the complete customer experience at Furnitureland South. You can expect full-service delivery following an amazing shopping experience. We guarantee that our team will deliver your new home furnishings professionally. We will properly set up and place your furniture. Our White Glove Delivery services include:

  • Blanket-wrapped and carefully transported furniture
  • Placement of your new furnishings in the room of your choice, including multiple floors
  • Complete assembly, setup, and installation
  • Removal of all shipping materials and debris
  • Instruction on the operation of any items that require explanation

Scheduling Your Delivery or Pick Up

Your furniture and home decor items are received and thoroughly inspected at our 250,000 square foot, climate-controlled Distribution Center on our Jamestown, NC campus. We ensure each piece is carefully examined, assembled, and prepared for delivery or pick up. Once your items pass our quality control inspection and assembly is complete, our Delivery Coordinators will reach out to schedule your delivery or pick up promptly.

Items Received – Your furniture and home decor items arrive at our 250,000 square foot Distribution Center.

Inspection and Assembly – Each item is inspected, assembled, and prepared for delivery or pick up.

Quality Control – Orders are thoroughly checked to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Customer Notification – Once inspection and assembly are complete, our Delivery Coordinators will contact you to arrange delivery or pick up.

Preparing for Delivery or Pick Up

Schedule Delivery

You’ll be notified when it’s time to schedule your delivery. You can also track your order in your customer account portal.

Deliveries are available Monday through Saturday, between 7:00am and 8:30pm.

Pick Up

Pick up is by appointment only at our Distribution Center, located at 5635 Riverdale Drive, Jamestown, NC 27282. Follow the signs on campus to reach the Distribution Center.

You can schedule your pick up Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday from 8:30am to 3:00pm.

Factory-Direct

For online-only eligible orders, some items may be delivered by UPS. These are smaller products that don’t need professional installation. We’ll send you tracking information as soon as it’s available.
