En route to another location we had found online when we drove past Furnitureland South and figured it was worth the stop-so glad we did! We walked in and were immediately helped by Grace Williams. Grace was amazing!

Recently, my sister and I spent 2 full days at Furnitureland South with Caroline Youngdale and Grace Williams. Both of us were absolutely blown away not only by the knowledge and experience, but amazed at the genuine caring and attention that we both received! I would be remiss in not mentioning that I should have literally driven these two ladies to tears and screaming! I came to the store with ideas of what pieces I wanted, but no real clear cut ideas… much less am I a “natural” at knowing what I want. I can tell you all day long what I don’t like, question you to death on something I do, and then beat the heck out of you with texts, emails and nervous fears about making a bad choice. Despite all of that, these ladies always greeted me with warmth, care and interest, responded quickly to any requests for information, FaceTime or phone calls. In a word, they are AMAZING! And FABULOUS! But mostly, excellent at what they do! I needed someone that could access very quickly what look I was going for, and then know what and where those items were… and they did it! MY HOME WILL BE GORGEOUS BECAUSE OF THEM!

I am very excited about all of my purchases, and will be purchasing more in the next several months — and note that I purchased furniture and lighting for 3 areas already! My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with Grace Williams and Caroline Youngdale, two of your most talented designers. Our goal was to furnish a 4,200 sq. ft. home. We really had no idea how to go about it. Grace and Caroline (our design team) exceeded our expectations at every turn.

 I just wanted to leave my review for my experience at Furnitureland South and my Design Consultants, Caroline Youngdale and Grace Williams.

First, I want to say your design showroom is spectacular, so beautiful; you could spend days there! I found some beautiful pieces!

Both Caroline and Grace were wonderful, such lovely women. They both were pregnant at the time, but they stood on their feet all day and walked me around your large showroom several times. We really appreciated that! They totally understood my concepts; they educated me on a few things that I didn’t know, and they researched and found me some other pieces based off of what I told them I wanted.

Caroline and Grace were both very knowledgeable and even researched a few items for me after I left. They kept up with my questions from texts and emails. I had several after my original meeting and purchase.

I’ve received all my purchases except for four chairs that I’m waiting on sometime this July. I would say the only downside of my experience was the fact of the shipping times probably due to supply and demand and shortage of workers, etc. due to Covid was a pain but clearly only because of the situation. Finally, when the drivers delivered my furniture and accessories, they did an awesome job, no problems; they were friendly and helpful.

We came to FLS with the sole purpose of furnishing our entire house including rugs, in one day. Prior to our arrival, I had corresponded with Grace Williams & provided information on room size, style of furnishings we wanted and so forth.

My husband and I live in Florida, have an open floor plan, and were ready to replace some of our great room furniture. The new furniture would have to coordinate with numerous pieces of Tommy Bahama furniture we currently owned. We had looked at some local furniture stores, but realized we needed design help and more selection. Based on the recommendation of several neighbors, we decided to travel to your store last week. Your campus has an amazing selection which is quite overwhelming. We were very fortunate to work with Grace Williams who assisted us with the selection of a sofa, leather recliner, swivel chair and ottoman, end tables and lamps, rug and a curio cabinet. Grace navigated your store with ease resulting in a selection that we are thrilled with and comfortable that the items will fit in our space and coordinate with existing pieces.
