We had a great experience at Furnitureland South. What was most impressive to both my wife, Teena and me was the professionalism, attitude and friendliness of every employee we encountered.  I want to highlight two.

First,  let me recognize Deb Bennet. We met her when my wife lost her phone in the outlet. Deb not only called to see if someone had turned it in, she literally dropped what she was doing and offered to help us retrace our steps and find it. She was successful in finding it and a crisis was avoided. We told her we would work with her if we found anything and she gave us her contact information.

Deb asked if we needed her to accompany us, we said no, we were just looking and would text her if we found anything. In the afternoon we found several things we liked and texted her. She came right over and called her colleague Donna Buchanan to also assist us with her. What we were interested in was several pieces, some ordered from Marge Carson, some discontinued items, and some from the Outlet — Deb and Donna would be going to two locations. My wife also was interested in ordering several extra pillows in various materials.

There were so many variables that I had a hard time keeping them clear in my mind, but Deb and Donna took copious notes and told us they would email us. Today we received the proposal and everything was clearly laid out, with all the details included.  

Although there was never any pressure from them to purchase, they made it very easy to make the purchases and we approved the order almost immediately.

Being a CEO myself, I know how hard it is to get find employees who represent your vision. FLS has certainly been successful in being able to do that. We are now customers for life! —David K.

We were very pleased with our whole Furnitureland South experience! Donna Buchanan was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. She listened to what our style and taste was then took us to those pieces that would work. After selecting furniture, Donna provided a layout of the rooms (based on our specs) with the furniture and made some great suggestions. It was more like working with a friend.

Donna Buchanan was wonderful to work with! Our initial contact was via email where she gave me some pricing on furniture. I then traveled to Furnitureland South and we worked together.

Even though I didn't really give her a set budget, she seemed to know which direction to steer me & didn't let me lose focus. I have no decorating sense, but found pieces I liked and she was able to show me how they would work together.

Donna was available any time via email or phone for questions & concerns. She even phoned me on her day off! We are still working together to wrap up an order & I would have no hesitation to work with Donna again. Donna Buchanan was recommended to me by a colleague of mine about a year ago and we have worked together ever since. From the very beginning, Donna has been the answer to my prayers! She is smart, efficient, well-organized and knows the brands extremely well.

Donna and I do the upfront research before I present to my clients and she is able to make great recommendations and get the quotes together. Her follow-up after the ordering has also been very helpful, as we needed some bed slats cut that had arrived too large. Someone was out the next day to assist my elderly client who was very grateful.
