Originally from Maryland’s eastern shore, Courtney Plunkett made her home in North Carolina after graduating from High Point University. No matter where you’re from, Courtney’s more than 15 years of customer service experience has made her a wonderful and personable Design Consultant. Courtney remembers what it’s like to move into a new space and need furniture to make it feel like home. She says that the best part of piecing everything for her home together was knowing that she was creating spaces that her family would genuinely enjoy. “Every Friday night my family gathers in our living room for pizza and a movie,” she said. “I love that we can all pile onto our sectional together and still have enough space to relax.” Whether you’re redoing one room or your whole house, you’ll receive honest, world-class service from beginning to end.

Before I ever arrived at Furnitureland, I had a good idea of what to expect. Rose was very responsive. Upon arrival, I met with her and Courtney. We spent about eight hours combing the store for the perfect pieces for my home. I gave them the added challenge of finding in-stock items so my house could be furnished right away. They did not disappoint! Rose is very lighthearted, approachable, professional and made the day very fun and stress-free! Although I do not move into my house for a month, I have no doubt that when I do, it will look stunning.
