We spent nearly 5 hours with Claire Blackwell and found her to be incredibly knowledgeable about merchandise that FLS carried and had on display, plus she was considerate regarding our time and ability to absorb all that information over so many hours.

What we appreciate the most is the fact that we had very specific dimensions for the bedroom pieces because of limited space, and also taking in our preferred style, she showed us only pieces that fit our criteria and did not waste our time showing us things that would not work for us. In the end, we bought the ideal pieces for us. Prices were reasonable. We looked at other items and bought a leather loveseat as well — using specific criteria. We are happy with our purchases!
