Recently, my sister and I spent 2 full days at Furnitureland South with Caroline Youngdale and Grace Williams. Both of us were absolutely blown away not only by the knowledge and experience, but amazed at the genuine caring and attention that we both received! I have no doubt that we were extremely fortunate to have worked with your best!

I would be remiss in not mentioning that I should have literally driven these two ladies to tears and screaming! I came to the store with ideas of what pieces I wanted, but no real clear cut ideas… much less am I a “natural” at knowing what I want. I can tell you all day long what I don’t like, question you to death on something I do, and then beat the heck out of you with texts, emails and nervous fears about making a bad choice. Despite all of that, these ladies always greeted me with warmth, care and interest, responded quickly to any requests for information, FaceTime or phone calls. In a word, they are AMAZING! And FABULOUS! But mostly, excellent at what they do! I needed someone that could access very quickly what look I was going for, and then know what and where those items were… and they did it! MY HOME WILL BE GORGEOUS BECAUSE OF THEM!

I am very excited about all of my purchases, and will be purchasing more in the next several months — and note that I purchased furniture and lighting for 3 areas already! I am also thrilled to tell everyone I know about them — and of course, Furnitureland South! There is everything one could want and so well-organized for even someone like me, that gets easily overwhelmed!

My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with Grace Williams and Caroline Youngdale, two of your most talented designers. Our goal was to furnish a 4,200 sq. ft. home. We really had no idea how to go about it. Grace and Caroline (our design team) exceeded our expectations at every turn.  

We had two days to get this completed before having to be back in New York. Grace and Caroline kept us on task to be sure we were successful. It would be easy to become overwhelmed with everything here, but they understood exactly what we wanted - even when we didn't.  

I cannot say enough about our experience because of our design team. We had concerns after reading some negative reviews. Grace and Caroline were straight forward and addressed our concerns professionally. We have every confidence in this team.

We absolutely love Furnitureland South—everything from the beautiful dresser store front, to the vast variety of merchandise, to the courteous and friendly staff. Caroline and Grace were so helpful and delightful to work with. This was our second trip from Wisconsin to work with them. We also loved the Starbucks in the lobby.  I just wanted to leave my review for my experience at Furnitureland South and my Design Consultants, Caroline Youngdale and Grace Williams.

First, I want to say your design showroom is spectacular, so beautiful; you could spend days there! I found some beautiful pieces!

Both Caroline and Grace were wonderful, such lovely women. They both were pregnant at the time, but they stood on their feet all day and walked me around your large showroom several times. We really appreciated that! They totally understood my concepts; they educated me on a few things that I didn’t know, and they researched and found me some other pieces based off of what I told them I wanted.

Caroline and Grace were both very knowledgeable and even researched a few items for me after I left. They kept up with my questions from texts and emails. I had several after my original meeting and purchase.

I’ve received all my purchases except for four chairs that I’m waiting on sometime this July. I would say the only downside of my experience was the fact of the shipping times probably due to supply and demand and shortage of workers, etc. due to Covid was a pain but clearly only because of the situation. Finally, when the drivers delivered my furniture and accessories, they did an awesome job, no problems; they were friendly and helpful.

I'm sharing feedback about my experience working with Caroline Youngdale, IDS Interior Designer at Furnitureland South. Introduced by my colleague Ellen Mondro, we consulted Caroline for furnishing our 2,900 sq ft condo on Florida's Gulf coast. Coming from the Midwest and New England, this was both exciting and overwhelming for us, accustomed to traditional décor but unsure where to start. Caroline's advice to prepare by sharing condo layouts and images beforehand was invaluable. Warm, patient, and professional, Caroline understood us and our new living space. Her support helped us define our goals and she catered to my visual nature, aiding us in envisioning colors and textures. Given our remote work schedules, her online engagement was immensely helpful. We expanded our initial order to cover office, guest bedroom, and living room pieces based on her guidance. Her creative insight shifted my perception of furniture styles, like recommending a round dining table instead of a rectangle. Despite a minor hiccup with our first shipment, Caroline's swift assistance reassured us during the process. We needed to replace every room in our home after a fire in the fall, and I found shopping after the fire to be difficult, but not in this case. Our designers Caroline Youngdale and Grace Williams were amazing. They took the time ahead of our appointment to accomplish as much as possible before we even met.
