- Frame Construction: The frame is engineered from the finest multi-ply, 7/8 inch laminated hardwood components that are precision machined for an exact fit. Mortise and Tenon joints are reinforced with cross-banding to create frames with superior dimensional stability.
- Padding: For quality tailoring and durability, the outsides are padded with strong bonded fibers.
- Seat: High Resilient -HR Foam- A high resilient polyurethane core cut to boxing size and wrapped in a layer of polyester fiber. The fiber-wrapped core is then topped with a channeled envelope generously filled with virgin polyester fibers encased in a down-proof muslin ticking providing a slow release of air for the occupant.
- Important Use Information: We highly recommend the use of an appropriate floor mat under our Executive and Office Chairs. Failure to use such floor mats will result in caster failure and will void any claims to floor or carpet damage on all makes and models of flooring.
- Seating Construction: This style employs sinuous wire springs attached to each frame and covered with synthetic webbing.
