Every part of our experience at Furnitureland South was great. Susan, our Sales & Design Consultant, was wonderful--knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and accommodating. She had an unbelievable knack for keeping the design issues of 2(!) purchasers straight! I came with a friend and have recommended this buying experience to everyone who will listen! Thank you! Our Sales & Design Consultants were the very best! Go Curt & Colleen! My wife and I had an excellent time picking out the furniture for our new house. Curt and Colleen were so good at listening to what we wanted and knowing what they had available, which saved us a lot of time. They were not pushy but instead let me and my wife decide on what we liked best. They understood our budget and didn't try to sell us things that were out of our price range.

One thing going into furniture shopping we were concerned about was the quality of the furniture we could find for the price. At Furnitureland South we found ton of furniture that was reasonably priced. We are the type of people that don't mind paying a little more for something that is a higher quality and we found lots of high quality reasonably priced furniture. My son in law just ordered a bedroom set from Furnitureland South over the phone and could not stop raving about his sales person and the delivery men. We shopped over the phone 18 years ago, for our rec room and living room furniture. Now we had to update our furniture, this time we made a visit to the store. Service was excellent 18 years ago and it is still excellent today.

Our Sales & Design Consultant, Tim, was phenomenal. He was incredibly responsive and he educated us about the process and the furniture very clearly. He is very intelligent. He also stayed late to care for us on the day of shopping and purchase. When we had a schedule problem because of health concerns, he contacted the manufacturing furniture company and had our delivery moved forward. The professional and personal attention we received was outstanding. We bought more than we expected but were satisfied that the quality and design were the right choices. Starbucks, the restaurant and the "man cave" with refreshments, great chairs and TV were a terrific touch for the men who are dragged along by wives and tire out far too quickly. I didn't feel like I was getting a "sales job" as your team took the time to make sure that we did it right, including making at least four trips to the other end of the store with swatches of material to find the perfect match. You have received mixed reviews, particularly on your "post sale" service, so we'll have to see but if it is anything like the service we received during the visit, I'm sure we will be very happy. I really liked the walkway with the eco-friendly designs. The free shipping was a great incentive. We drove 5 hours and spent the night. Janice and Janice stayed after hours with us and didn't even mention that the store had closed two hours before! They really are a great team and deserve a lot of kudos.
