Our Sales & Design Consultant, Audrey, did an exceptional job helping us find what we wanted. We arrived around closing time Friday afternoon. She stayed late, called the Colonial Furniture rep on his cell phone and got us exactly what we wanted. We have never met in person. Tim is fantastic! He does a terrific job identifying our needs, making recommendations, solving issues, and goes the extra mile to ensure whatever we are purchasing will be in our best interest. He is extraordinary. I recently ordered 8 custom bar stools in leather and several leather sofas and a chair, and Tim went above and beyond to ensure everything would work well, including my floor plan and the dimensions of my basement which had just been renovated.
