YES! I would definitely recommend Furnitureland South to family and friends. I think FLS is the best furniture shopping experience around! I made four trips to FLS over the course of a year, worked with my Sales & Design Consultant, Catherine (who was fabulous!!!) every time, and purchased all my furniture for our new home in Florida. The entire operation works flawlessly... from browsing and finding what you want to fit your style and floorplan, choosing colors/fabrics, ordering, delivery and in-home setup. I can't complain about anything! Keep up the wonderful service.

We are elated with the quality and appearance of the Excelsior Bedroom set we purchased at Furnitureland South. Although my wife took actual delivery of the furniture, the delivery driver called my office as scheduled to coordinate timing and later called to review his observations which were minor. A special "Thank You" must go to our Sales & Design Consultant, Sue. Without her efforts and sincere cooperation, this purchase and subsequent personal pleasure may have never occurred.

We value the huge selection of furniture at Furnitureland South, coupled with the excellent service. We also feel we can purchase furniture from FLS that is of higher quality than most chain furniture stores. We thoroughly enjoyed working with our Sales & Design Consultant, Chris. This was our second time working with her. She truly listens to what her customers want and shows a selection of items within your price range. She is also extremely responsive to e-mail.

She answered all my questions thoroughly and made the process run smoothly. When I met her to pay for my purchase she was a delight to talk with, very personable. I have never seen such a large assortment of furniture - it's overwhelming! And that is where my Sales & Design Consultant, Tim, was invaluable. We had spoken prior to my visit and he was prepared to show me what I was looking for. He was incredibly patient with me when after selecting a sofa and fabric, I changed my mind and went with another vendor. We spent two full days together while I looked for and purchased several pieces. He was very knowledgeable of the collections of every vendor I looked at. I can't say enough positive things about him. I have already recommended him to friends looking for furniture. I only wish I had another home to furnish!

She spent more than two full days with us to make sure we got what we needed in the limited time we had to spend at Furnitureland South. I called my Sales & Design Consultant, Larry, when we recently purchased a second home. I knew after dealing with him on a single purchase of a dining table that he had both knowledge and patience. Our Sales & Design Consultant was so patient with us and didn't waste our time looking for things we did not want. He zeroed in on the wonderful products that we eventually purchased.
