Our Sales & Design Consultant, Walter, sat down with us last Wednesday for about 30 minutes and listened to what exactly we needed. He helped us tremendously and we furnished six rooms. I wish he lived closer so he could come and help me pull the whole house together. I spent 4 hours with a decorator here and she did nothing for us. I took digital pictures and diagrams and Walter looked and listened and directed us in the right areas. We had friends tell us that we would be there for 2 days. We accomplished everything in one day because of Walter. He deserves a bonus, he is a very talented designer.

We lived in a Georgian colonial house for 30 years near Mt. Vernon, VA. We were going to build, but ended up buying a French country house. A very dark French country house. We told Walter we needed to lighten it up and that is exactly what we accomplished. Walter deserves a raise!

My Sales & Design Consultant, Becky, was excellent and went out of her way to make my purchasing experience fun and stress free. Being male, I find many furniture stores to treat males with a minimum of time and effort. Becky made me feel welcome and treated me like a valued customer. She even stayed late on a Friday to help me complete my order. She was able to answer any question I had and I never felt pressured to make an immediate decision. I would recommend Becky to anyone and I hope to do business with her in the future.

Jennifer is my Sales and Design Consultant and she is FANTASTIC! I am so glad to have been paired with her. After showing her a floor plan and discussing ideas and styles, she walked with me to my particular style. This was so time effective. Jennifer had great ideas, was very knowledgeable, and was very patient. Working with her made the furniture design and shopping process fun, easy, and less frustrating. I spent nearly 2 1/2 days at FLS! Our personalities clicked, and I thoroughly enjoyed working with her!

We cannot say enough about how pleased we were with our Sales and Design Consultant, Carol. She gently guided us through the process of furnishing an entire home, giving us her advice and expertise while making sure the home was furnished to our taste, not hers. We have already recommended the store and Carol to friends.

You are fortunate to have Carol on your staff. Her knowledge of the products was extensive. Her patience was endless. With her help we managed to furnish an entire home in 4 days. We never could have done it without her. We will be back for our future needs.

Our Sales & Design Consultant, Dennis, is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He did not push us and was not overly attentive. He answered all of our questions and provided pictures of everything we were interested in purchasing.

Furniture shopping with my Sales & Design Consultant, Tim, is the best part of the FLS experience. He is so knowledgeable about furniture and has great ideas. He knows the merchandise extremely well, and knows where everything is in your huge store. He stayed very late with me after the store closed because he knew I had limited time to shop for lots of items. Now that's customer service! What a pleasure.

My Sales & Design Consultant was Angela. I started looking and visiting over a year ago and she never gave up on me. She regularly and promptly replied to all my emails and phone calls asking for quotes and opinion of manufacturers over the course of a year. I'd like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the excellent customer service we recently received from Ron and his department. There were a number of large and heavy pieces of Hooker furniture that we had delivered to our home that needed to be brought to the second story. Ron took the time to work with me personally to ascertain if the pieces could be safely carried upstairs. He was so thorough that we were completely confident that there would be no issues.

Indeed that was the case. Ron made sure that he had one of his best two man crews, Adam and Jason, on our delivery. These two young gentlemen were not only highly skilled, but went above and beyond to make sure that our order was carefully delivered and correctly placed in our home. Their desire to provide excellent customer service was extremely refreshing.

Furnitureland South is a recent discovery for us. We have been in North Carolina for just about five years and have not found a resource that we expected in the heart of Furniture Country. To our amazement we discovered a Furnitureland South road side billboard, I drove by on a business trip, saw the chest of drawers, took the time to come with my Wife and Daughter to check it out and bought the entertainment center. To say we are pleased from the beginning to the delivery would be an understatement. More like astonished that you are as good as you are. In our mind there is no other place to shop for and purchase our next furniture items. Words that come to mind: amazing, astonished, pleased with the relaxed professional approach, from our Sales & Design Consultant Rex, to the deliver team of Richard and Jeremy. Incredible.

The sale was EASY but the delivery was as good as any one could ask for. My highest praise for the Delivery Team as representatives of your company. It is not often that you get to meet people that represent a company with the type of ownership the people we met displayed. As well as the enterprise it is the people that made our experience the best.
