Why Shop Huppe Furniture?
Huppe is a Quebec based business founded in 1967 by Mr. Raymond Hamel and his two brothers, Aurele and Sylvio. In its beginning, the company was devoted to manufacturing cedar chests and its entire production was destined to the Cercle d’economie de la future menagere, a home economics organization. Huppe’s cedar chests quickly found their way into several Canadian homes from Halifax to Vancouver.
Raymond’s son, Jacques Hamel, took over the business in the nineties, and began specializing in modern and contemporary design, focusing mainly on bedroom furnishings, wall units, and home office furniture, and until 2008, upholstery.
Dynamic management, professional employees, as well as quality products and customer service, have contributed to the company’s success and still do to this day.
