Bear Rock Café of Furnitureland South in High Point, NC launches new salad named after founder, now offers tableside service, and a wonderful gourmet breakfast.
High Point, North Carolina, July 8, 2009 -- Bear Rock Café (BRC) is proud to have partnered with Furnitureland South currently serving over 550 employees and guests daily for the last six years. We are so pleased to be able to honor and celebrate the founder of Furnitureland South, Mr. Darrell Harris, for his hard work and dedication for forty years of service.
Due to Mr. Harris's vision and tremendous success, Bear Rock Café and family are honoring Mr. Harris's efforts and community contributions, by naming a new salad in his honor, "The Founder's Salad". The "new" Founder's Salad consists of Freshly Shredded Iceberg Lettuce, Juicy Cherry Tomatoes, Classic American Cheese, Cucumbers, Delicious Deli Ham and Roasted Turkey, served with Thousand Island Dressing.
Bear Rock Café is centered near the massive one million square foot showroom stocked with elegant high end furniture and design centers. BRC will also conveniently feature tableside service for customer ease, and provides a wonderful new gourmet breakfast.
Bear Rock Café is a quick-casual restaurant, featuring a wide variety of fresh, hand-crafted sandwiches, garden fresh salads, pizzetas, oven fresh breads, hot and savory soups, baked potatoes, new gourmet breakfast, and a full assortment of delectable desserts.
