The design of Stephanie's master bedroom stems from the symmetrical balance prevalent in traditional interiors. With influences of 18th-Century France, the flowing silhouette of the Maitland-Smith bed is flanked by warm cherry night chests by French Heritage. The relatively straight lines of the chests give emphasis to the bed, typically the bedroom's focal furniture piece. The bed linens are by Anichini and Mario & Marielena, with decorative pillows by Trowbridge. The lamps shown on each night chest are custom-mounted antique, copper-colored urns with black metal shades (circa mid-1800's France). Hand-colored antique lithograph prints flank the antique oil landscape over the headboard. Finally, Stephanie used an 8x10 hand-knotted rug by Jaipur to add color and anchor the room.

Stephanie’s breakfast room is a casual blend of both English and French influences featuring an antique reproduction sideboard and dining table by Pearson Co., and reproduction European Country dining chairs by Ardley Hall. The chairs display a distressed, painted finish with seat pads in a Scalamandre fabric. The hanging wall shelf by Ardley Hall holds just a few pieces of her extensive antique blue and white porcelain collection flanked by Trowbridge botanicals, while the sideboard is accessorized with an assortment of antiques and reproduction objects d’art. Again, note the symmetrical balance of the display over the sideboard. The custom-designed overhead lighting fixture was created using components from three different antique chandeliers, combined to give both English and French influences. The breakfast room is finished with a beautiful, reproduction needlepoint rug.

The den incorporates a custom-designed sofa covered in a white chenille jacquard, with fringed decorative toss pillows in Scalamandre print. Since the pillows can easily be changed, Stephanie has relied on these pillows to give the drama of color and selected a solid color for the sofa giving it a timeless look. Behind the sofa is an antique 18th Century English Mahogany three drawer chest, displaying more of Stephanie’s coveted antique blue and white porcelain. The custom-mounted lamp continues the blue and white porcelain theme using an oriental jar base. Using a fan-top Chapman mirror in pickled pine flanked prints of French Landmarks she visited herself, she gives the room a personal touch and French influence. The room's real drama, however, comes from the Chinese Red walls, previously natural grasscloth. Following the theme throughout the home, the custom window panels are in Scalamandre print
