Dear Mr. McDonald,
We wanted to take a few moments to let you know how appreciateive we were for the talented expertise of Cherry Yount, Sales and Design Consultant. Cherry took the time to understand our tastes, needs and wants. She was so thorough from downloading our floor plans and measuring them to scale to ensure our choices of furniture would fit the sizes of the rooms. She diligently worked with us from early a.m. to the end of the day to ensure our selections were exactly what we liked and that they were the right fit.
At one point, we couldn't put together the colors and fabrics of the sofa and love seat we chose. We were ready to change our minds from ordering the living room furniture. Cherry then presented the fabrics to us in a different manner. As it was difficult for us to tell what looked good together from just looking at the material swatches, she effortlessly walked us around and took various pillows in those fabrics and placed them on the sofa we chose, along with the main fabric. We then saw the fabrics from a different view and were able to make our choices.
Her diligence, attention to detail and patience along with her talented expertise are commendable. During the two and one-half days at Furnitureland South, she held our hands every step of the way to ensure we were delighted and excited with our choices.>Cherry is a real asset to your company and provided a comfort and trust level in dealing with Furnitureland South.

Hi Cherry,
We received our delivery of furniture and couldn't be more thrilled. You
did an incredible job and we are so grateful!!! My whole family loves
it. We moved into our new home on 2/11 and the furniture came on 2/13.
Cherry, you had given me a suggestion to wallpaper the tray ceiling in
the dining room and you gave me a sample of a raised,silvery/bronze
wallpaper. Do you know what it is called or where I can find it? It
would go absolutely perfectly!

It is a letdown for us as well. We had such a wonderful week with you - a roller coaster ride for sure, but a hell of a lot of laughs. You exhausted us! You took us places we never imagined we would be - designs and configurations we never expected we would select. We enjoyed your company as well as your keen eye and designer expertise in pulling the entire project together.
When we get it all together and look at it, I'm sure we will think about you and how we could never have done it without you - we were so fortunate to have you assigned to us. I'm sure we will talk as the weeks go by and I know you will ensure that our fabrics, etc. are installed appropriately.
