I recently purchased furniture and my sales person was Tracy Dunn. I was extremely impressed with her detail to customer service. She was always prompt getting back to me, mostly within the hour, if not sooner. She would even reply to my emails during non-business hours. I have never had a sales experience like this before - she obviously takes a lot of pride in customer service. My husband and I own a business and understand the importance of customer service. She would be the reason I would purchase from Furnitureland South in the future. She went above and beyond to make my sales experience great!
My wife and I are long-time customers although it's been about 12 years since our last purchase which included an office desk and file cabinet. We have recently purchased a home in NC and have not been able to find the original receipt or literature on my desk. I did not know the manufacturer and could find nothing online giving me any information regarding potential disassembling of the desk since we knew it would not fit fully assembled through the doorway of the room in the new house where it is to go. As a last measure, I contacted Furnitureland South and was put in touch with Tracy Dunn. Tracy readily agreed to try to help, but was unable at first to find anything since the purchase was so long ago. She was not deterred, however, and suggested I send pictures to her to see if she could somehow identify the desk. I did that and she sent the information to various manufacturers and after much effort was able to identify the desk as an Aspen product. She somehow then got Aspen to email China to see if they could determine if the desk could be taken apart without damage. After following up with Aspen several times, she was able to get the instructions to me this morning on how to take the desk apart. Needless to say, I am elated with this result and the extraordinary effort Tracy put forth to get me the information. In my opinion it was way above and beyond the call of duty and we, as customers of Furnitureland South, are truly appreciative. My wife and I look forward to shopping in the near future for our purchases for the new home and you can bet we will be asking for Tracy to assist us.
I received my furniture shipment today and I could not be happier! Everything is perfect! The special orders and my COM fabrics were executed with absolute excellence. Your delivery staff was courteous, professional and a pleasure to have in my home. Thank you for all you did to make my purchase so satisfying. I will be finishing another phase of renovation in a few weeks and I will definitely be ordering more furniture from you. I will also be telling all my friends that the only place they should buy furniture is Furnitureland South.

Tracy, Just wanted you to know how much we like our new furniture for our patio. The rugs are perfect, and table is just perfect. Chairs also look great with the table. You did a super job.
