Bio
Lee Crutchfield believes great design begins long before furniture is selected or colors are chosen. It begins by listening.
With more than 30 years of design experience, including over two decades at Furnitureland South, Lee has built his career around understanding how people live and transforming that understanding into spaces that feel authentic, comfortable, and deeply personal. His passion for design began early, often rearranging furniture as a child and discovering how a room's layout could completely change the way it felt.
Known for creating interiors that are inviting, layered, and timeless, Lee blends color, texture, scale, and proportion to create homes that are both beautiful and livable. While his work draws inspiration from coastal, traditional, and contemporary influences, he believes every project should reflect the personality and lifestyle of the people who call it home.
Lee's approach is highly collaborative. He pays attention not only to what clients say, but also to what inspires them, allowing each project to evolve into a thoughtful reflection of their lives and aspirations. Whether furnishing a single room or completing a full-home installation, he is committed to creating spaces that feel effortless, cohesive, and uniquely personal.
For Lee, design is not about following trends or filling a room with beautiful things. It is about creating environments that support the way people live, gather, relax, and make memories. The most successful projects are those where clients feel completely understood and can confidently say, "This feels like home."
