Meet Christina Garrison
Christina Garrison has been a Design Consultant with Furnitureland South for 23 years and loves coming to work every day to tackle new projects and new challenges. She has a design degree and enjoys helping clients find ways to maximize their space and budget. Christina has an affinity for working with fabrics and upholstered items, but her specialty is taking an overwhelmed consumer by the hand and guiding them through the vast Furnitureland South campus to find the perfect product. “When a room comes together it can give you chills from excitement.”
When Christina is not at work, she spends time on her family farm with her husband and daughter. Together they raise livestock, garden and farm. They also teach others about farming, land preservation and community involvement.
My husband and I lost our home during the hurricane, Sandy, and had to refurnish. I worked with Dennis Oldham and Christina Garrison. They were wonderful. They were, in fact, still are, professional, pleasant and worked many hours to help us. The design advice from Christina was invaluable and Dennis made it all work. I can't say enough good things about them. Thank you for such a good experience ... I'm telling everyone I know to shop at FLS.

My name is Joan Andrzjewski, and I am a customer of Furnitureland South, and Christina Garrison has been our Designer ever since becoming a Customer. I wanted to write and express my deepest appreciation for Christina Garrison.
In my former line of work, I have had the chance to be involved in many high profile cases and work with many people on a variety of levels of positions. With the job I learned that working with numerous people involves a lot of work, and if you don't have the ability to adjust to different personalities, your job can be more difficult.
I can say that experience was enlightening...and when dealing with the public, it is important to keep an even keel on your emotions and your outward interactions and be open and adjust to their personalities. In that respect, Christina has all the important skills to deal with the public/customers that keep customers satisfied and coming back to your company.
Christina not only keeps customers engaged and feeling as if they are priority number 1, she also has the knowledge and drive to help customers meet their goals in getting what they want to make their homes fit their lifestyles. Christina doesn't push nor engage in tactics to make customers feel pressured to complete their shopping in a certain timeframe or budget. She works with customers to meet THEIR budget and help in attaining the dream furnishings to make their dreams come true no matter their budget. She finds alternatives and helps complete furnishings that work.
There have been times when we received products not up to the standards that should have been for the price point of the furnishings and Christina was quick to assist to correct it. We have had items lost and/or broken and she has assisted in making sure the issues were addressed. Christina is great at keeping us informed and updated (something most people don't do well at at other companies).
A wonderful trait of Christina is that she makes the time and keeps the pace of the buyer. She never made us feel rushed. She changed her schedule to be able to work with us on days she should have been off. She truly knows what customer service is all about.
Christina definitely represents the best parts of Furnitureland South. We feel blessed to have her as our Designer and will recommend her and Furnitureland South to family and friends.
I often do not write in depth about my experiences with businesses unless I feel that they have gone above and beyond their service. I felt compelled to express my appreciation and gratitude for Christina. She represents your company well.
